Both are omnipotent midgets who are unnecessary rogues in their respective canons (Sorry... LOL!).
But the edge goes to Mr. Mxyzptlk. Besides Lex, the one threat that Supes can't punch his way out of. And I do like those Silver Age stories where Mxyzptlk taxes Supes with his riddles and mischief.
Plus the wisps of hair and that orange derby was always kind of cool to me.
