A shout to all my fellow Buffy and Angel fans - I've been wanting to draw this guy for a long time but I just never seemed to get around to it... until today. Skip only appeared in something like 3 or 4 episodes of Angel but I loved it every time that he showed up so he absolutely needed to make an appearance here ;)
